2025/2026 Deer Season Update
Unfortunately we will NOT be accepting whole carcass deer for the 2025/2026 Deer Seasons. We will only be accepting Boneless Trim. This includes HUSH. We are not able to accept carcass deer due to the inability to dispose of the offal and bones.
All trimmed out meat must be brought in during business hours. No exceptions.
Boneless trim must be in food-grade containers. We will no longer accept any deer meat in garbage bags. Garbage bags are NOT food-grade. We will have bags available for sale, if needed. All boneless deer meat must be brought in during business hours 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday and 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Quartered Deer: We will not accept any quartered portions of deer.
Deer that has been tested for Chronic Wasting Disease, YOU must notify the locker when you drop off the boneless trim that such meat has been tested. The trim will be kept separate and will not be processed until YOU the hunter notify us of such results. Any deer that test negative for the disease will be processed as normal.
All processed deer meat must be picked up and paid for in full within 14 days after you are notified that it is done and ready for pickup. Deer not picked up will be subject to a storage fee. When your order is ready we will notify you by text message or phone call. It is very important that you give us your correct number.
HUSH Program: We will NOT be participating in the HUSH program.
